Each player may register only one Account on the playph Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, playph reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

playph reserves the right to refuse Account registration, suspend an existing Account, or close an Account at its sole discretion, including where playph reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
All financial transactions on the playph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). playph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Deposits: The minimum deposit on playph is ₱100. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your playph Account instantly. Bank transfers are typically credited within a few minutes during standard banking hours. playph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. playph reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes. Bank withdrawals are typically processed within one business day. playph does not charge standard withdrawal fees.
Chargebacks: Any attempt to reverse a deposit transaction through your payment provider (chargeback) while retaining winnings derived from that deposit constitutes fraud. playph reserves the right to suspend your Account, recover the disputed amount from your Account balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities.
playph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Each game available on the playph Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail except where the game rules expressly provide otherwise.
playph uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all RNG-based games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment under controlled conditions monitored by multiple camera feeds.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, playph will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, playph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's Account. playph's decision in such matters is final.
Winnings resulting from a software error, misconfigured game, or any other technical fault that produces results inconsistent with the published Return to Player (RTP) parameters are not valid and will not be paid. playph will notify affected players and return their wagers in such circumstances.

playph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your playph Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
playph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. playph makes no representations regarding the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.
playph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the playph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
